Hi I'm Nashie currently taking the course BSCE or civil engineering . I'm wondering if I can stop taking the capsule after 3 months just like what is said or should I still maintain atleast 1 capsule a day after taking it for 3 months.. and also I'm a bit worried, there are some people posting there experiences and said that they experience headache and stop using it because of the said side effect. Is the headache will last only for few days or it indicates that you should stop?

Nope if youll ask me... Hindi naman gagana agad2 yan... gagana lang after 3 months or after few weeks... di pwedeng every exams lang you know... so it means maintenance...

Follow the instructions kasi and read the info abt it. Take the medicine 2x a day, after meals. so I think it means na it is better to take it after breakfast and lunch. There are certain ingredients na dapat active or awake ka so I think that is the reason.

better yet, consult a doctor.

On my first take i fell asleep really early. And i think thats good. I havent had any good sleep for the past few days. Still observing tho. Thanks!

also experiencing headache, not entirely sure though if its because of MPG or just stressed out and lack of sleep, I only take 1 capsule per day

Hello, So I was taking this Memo Plus Gold and it caused me dizziness and a severe headache,too much pain that I can't even handle. I am taking this MPG because my Preliminaries was approaching I cant even study or memorize because of my headache that the MPG was causing.

I took it for 3 days straight for the preparation to our office audit and how ironic and funny the outcome was, I become more forgetful with that 3 days in a row. And my colleagues also noticed that I was more forgetful those past 3 days and asked me why I was "ulyanin". Hahha so kids do not rely to any kind of supplements hehe much better to study hard nalang talaga before exams.
