That isn't necessarily a dangerous dose, but it does increase the risk of side effects, which the U.S. FDA lists as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, bleeding and stomach irritation. However, you should inform your doctor as higher doses also increase the risk of liver damage.
Panamax is classified as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
They can be taken together, as long as your doctor or dentist approve, though that may also increase the side effects you experience.
