I have extreme pain in my upper ribs and painful stiff shoulder all on the left sidehurts to breathe am also asmatic and prone to panic attacks from enclosed spaces claustrphopia as well as a acid reflux please help ths pain is really crippling me

Has your doctor run any tests to see what is causing your pain?

If you have an acid reflux problem, that might be what is causing your issues right there. Severe aid damage to the stomach or esophagus can cause pain that radiates to other areas of the body, because when it erodes the protective linings of those areas, it then starts irritating other nerves.

I suffered from severe pain for years and had been treated for several of the wrong things, before it was finally discovered that I had Gastritis and, since they had never tested me for it, it had just gotten worse and worse.

Once it was finally diagnosed, the remedy was a simple as a few months on a medication that reduces the amount of acid produced by the stomach to give it time to heal.

I am not sure what country you are in, so I don't know what medications are available to you, but there are a few different ones that can be used, some require a prescription and some are usually available over the counter.
