I am 64 years old and having pain in legs along with tingling/ numbness in fingers. I feel lack of energy since 2 years. Pl suggest if I can safely use this medicine .

For osteoarthritis and frequent urination at night, a doctor has prescribed me Meganeuron OD Plus..."continuously for the rest of (my) life". But it causes constipation and disturbs my sleep. What am I to do? I am 77 now.
