Medrol And Heart Palpitations

I took my first day of a medrol pack and after my last 2, before bed heart racing/pounding started. Approx 100 bpm. For about an hour now.

That can be a normal side effect of corticosteroids, such as this one. As reported by the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, acne and insomnia.

It's generally nothing to worry about, unless it starts going even higher, but you should always consult your doctor to be sure.
