Will taking methylprednisolone return false negative results to an HIV test? ## I took just one 80 mg shot of methylprednisolone 4 days prior to having an hiv test which came out negative. Is there a possibility it could have affected my test result? ## I still don't know the answer to this but I called the health dept and they said no, I took another one to be certain, it came back negative. ## i took a hairfolical test and it cam e up possitive for meth can methylprednisolone make it test possitive ## thats not the only prescription medicine i take but they dident show up in the drig test ## i was tould that nexiam is what made my drug test possitive
