Hello, Dorry! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having.
However, there is no reason to feel shame, it's not something you can control. Sometimes a woman's hormones become imbalanced and they may not experience their periods, there is nothing you did that caused it and nothing you could have done to prevent it.
The NIH lists various other reasons it may happen, such as menopause, perimenopause, unusual weight loss, extreme exercise, some health conditions and some medications.
Are you on any medications? Do you have any diagnosed health conditions?
Have you consulted your doctor to see what's causing the problem?
How old are you?
