Medicine To Regulate Menstruation Cycle

I've problem with my menstruation period since I got married in 2009. In the beginning, menstruation cycle was fine, but now For the past 2 years, my menstruation cycle is disturbed. Sometimes, I get menses after 2-3 months and sometimes get twice in one month. Presently, I haven't got my menses for the past 5-6 months. I also have done ultrasound and there's no pregnancy. Please advise.

my menstrual cycle before regular this last 7 8 months it is irregular some times in 45 days some times in 38 days like tht before it is a 30 days cycle. what medi cation i want to use to regulate the menses.
