The tablet with the marking 5513 DAN is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 350mgs of Carisoprodol.
The tablet with the marking BAC 832 is manufactured by Upsher-Smith and they list it as being a 10mg Baclofen tablet.
The FDA classifies both of these as muscle relaxants, but the Carisoprodol is more potent. The typical side effects of muscle relaxants may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
