after abortion i take birth control pill after that period was irregular.please help me to get regular.

hi im tensed plz help me my periods date was on 25 of sep but i had sex on 21 sep it was a unsafe sex n i thought i wont get pregnant so i didnt tk any pills but i hvnt got my periods yet n after 7 days i took pills i dont want to get pregnant coz i m working n i dont want to hv baby.my frnd suggested me to hv primolut-n for 4 days n den i wil get my periods wil dis help tp prevent pregnancy n does eating papaya helps to prevent pregnancy.plzz help
