Medicine For Sgpt

Hi- My SGPT is 63.3 i.u/lit. I am under treatment but want to know how much time it will take to come in normal and when i can follow my normal diet

Although I don't have a way to provide an exact answer to your question, I will say this: When one lives healthfully, health is the result. However, previous 
lifestyle habits and choices have taken a toll on our bodies and 
eventually lower the level of our health potential; whereas some conditions can take years to heal, while other conditions may only take 3 days. We are all different, and will heal and detoxify differently.

I would give it a couple weeks, (maybe 2 or 3) before you can expect big changes, but please take care to only use that as an estimate and not a definitive time frame.

If you want I'd even give yourself a time frame in which you would like to get better, then write it down on a calender and use each and everyday in between to ensure that you're doing everything you can to normalize your Serum Glutamic Pyruvate Transaminase (SGPT) levels. Just believe in yourself and know that it'll work and it will.

Green tea, fish, turmeric, alkaline water, vegetables and fruits are all effective natural foods for helping your body heal. But I believe you should also make sure you're exercising daily and getting plenty of rest at night, because this should only speed up the process.
