and has a line in the middle/ with the letter V at the bottom and nothing on the back that he wants me to try which he said that this pill is the same as taking a soma,So before I change my soma to this other medication I wanted and
needed to know if theses two pills or the same mediation,Can you please help me,Thank you.

It is not the same active ingredient, since the new tablet contains Methocarbamol, while Soma contains Carisoprodol, but they are in the same class of medications, both of them are muscle relaxants. Sometimes one works better for someone than another one.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
