I am taking this 3 medicines - bendroflumethiazide 5mg, spironolactone 25mg, and irbesartan 300mg. For over 10yrs I am having shoulder pain, leg pains but my GP says it is arthritis. I really worry that it imay these medication's causing me this problem. Especially IRBESARTAN. What do think?

It could be due to the Irbesartan or the Spironolactone, the latter especially if you're becoming dehydrated.
How much fluid do you take in each day?
The FDA lists other possible side effects as including nausea, dizziness, headache and hypotension.
