Medication Phenobarbital.

Just started phenobarbital. Making me so drowsy more of a heavy wrapped in a "blanket" feeling can't get started. I also feel just medically off all day.

I'm very sorry about how you're feeling. However, side effects like that are relatively normal when first starting this medication, they should improve in a few weeks, once your body gets used to it.

If they don't, or if it gets severe, then you should contact your doctor.
