Medication Interactions While Consuming Cannabis

Olfen - 100 SR, Nexum 20mg, and Solpadeine

My friend takes the 3 of these meds. Is it safe to consume cannabis at the same time? He is not listening, so I just need to clear my mind.

Yeah why would cannabis be a problem with NSAIDS and a stomach acid medication?
