Medication Got Wet Now It's Powder And Some Pills Are Dry

I have about 10 pills that are powder and 9 in pill form, but will bust into dust if I'm not careful when picking them up. Will they still work like they should?

I don't know what type of medication you're referring to, but if the tablets became powder, then my main personal concern would be accidentally taking too much. It just seems to me like it would be difficult to measure out an approximate dosage of powder relative to the normal tablet size/composition; unless you know the proper weight and size.

The tablet efficacy may also be subject to vary depending upon which drug it is and which binders/fillers it's mixed with [taking into consideration the notion that some substances come in extended release tablets that could present a potentially serious risk factor.

Have you considered taking them into a local pharmacy just to be on the safe side?
