Medislim Powder Dosage

Please advice me when should I take MediSlim powder? Before breakfast or after breakfast?
Before meals or after meals? Before dinner or after dinner? At bed time?

MediSlim dosage:

-Take 1/3rd cup of skimmed milk
-Add 2 Scoops (40 g) of MediSlim powder & stir briskly until dissolved
-Add more skimmed milk to fill remaining volume of the cup or add according to taste preference.
-Stir well. Once prepared, consume immediately for better taste
