I am80 years old. Just 5'1". I have hypertension and osteoarthritis .One knee is replaced. Walking is very difficult. I have gained weight. Now it almost 75kg. Dr. Advised Medislim powder -40 GMs. For dinner.

My blood pressure is. Very high and fluctuating frequently. Will this powder help and how long will it take to show results?
