I m 24 years old i m 88 kgs with 5'7 height ..i wasnt that fat before but i had a weight gainer few years back and after that i wasnt able to loose weight as i have high blood pressure i cant do exercise so thats y cant do exercise but after that weight gain and that things i had i gain 20 kgs in 2 months ...now i wanna lose weight will medislim be a good option to reduce weight and stay health.......
