Medi Slim is a nutritional supplement, which is claimed to aid in weight loss. The instructions say that one level scoop should be added to 11mls of previously boiled water or milk that has been allowed to cool and it should be used once daily.

It is also meant to be used with a healthy, weight loss diet.

The ingredients, as listed on the site of the manufacturer, Varisano Nutrition, are:


Maltodextrin, sugar, skimmed milk powder, Inulin, whey protein concentrate, soya
protein isolate, malt extract, oat fiber, fructose, dextrose, cellulose gel powder, hydroxycitric acid (HCA), corn syrup solid powder , xanthan gum, carageenan, and vanilla flavor.
(Vitamins, minerals) Vitamin A acetate, vitamin D, tocopheryl acetate, ascorbic acid, folic acid, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavine, niacinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, calcium pantothenate, calcium carbonate, ferrous sulphate, magnesium carbonate, zinc sulphate, copper gluconate, manganese sulphate, chromium picolinate, sodium molybdate, potassium phosphate.

use medislim with bolied cool milk...replace dineer with medislim..if possible go for walk.avoid oily food.it will take around 3 months to reduce 5 kg weight..first month u will feel no change but dont get disappointed contiue with it.it will work be positive

Hi every one ...am akheera....I used medislim for 4 months and I have shed around 12 KGS.....
I did work hard with couple of things along with this powder.....
In mrng.... empty stomach took a big glass of green tea...
In afternoon..I ate only 2 small chapatis....eveng again green tea...and finally at night medislim powder with warm water...
Avoid all extra snakes...bakery items...etc...and I was doing 5-6 kms walk per day...and one hr exersice nin evng
