My pain is so strong that the pain clinic change my meds from 10mg oxycontin 2 per day & oxycodone 5mg 4 per day to oxycontin 15mg 2 per day & oxycodo

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

My pain is so strong that the pain clinic change my meds from 10mg oxycontin 2 per day & oxycodone 5mg 4 per day to oxycontin 15mg 2 per day & oxycodone.
With the oxycontin 5mgs stronger but the dosage of 5mg oxycodone dropped to 2 per day, isn't that the same strength or does it become stronger than my previous med management. How does this dosage tweak a little stronger for my pain?
