Mdone Xperience Going From 150mg Liquid To 10mg Pills
UpdatedI have read numerous times about how people either wanna know the difference between methadone liquid and the methadone pills, or how people swear the pills or liquid work better than the other. So i decided too share my experience and opinion with you all. I do know how people are all different and what may or may not work for me may very well work for someone else...so this is all opinions. Im on Methadone MMT and get 150mg of the cherry liquid methadone, i get weekly takehomes also...Ive been at that clinic for over 2 years now and at this dose for a couple of months(150mg) Anyways yesterday morning as i was opening up my bottle too down the liquid..it dropped out of my hands and all went into the sink..The entire freaking dose..gone! I was worried about being sick at night (im a single parent with kids..so anytime im down..isnt good at all) So, my uncle being my best friend and all..i figured id give him a call. He has a screwed up nerve in his shoulder and is precribed massive amounts of The white methadone pills ( M 57 71 10mg) Anyways I was very nervous about wanting too ask him but i finally got up the nerve and asked anyways, if i could either buy or borrow some of his mdones due too me spilling my liquid. Now the only reason i asked him is because he only takes one or two a day..he has another opiate med prescribed and i cannot remember what kind..and he usually trades many Mdones every month for some buds. So, I asked and too my relief he said Sure no problem at all. I went over too pick em up..He gave me 20 of them . I took 15 10mg pills all at once( 150mg pill form ) Now it may be just me, but both brands seemed too last just as long, and the effects seem too be the exact same. The only difference i noticed was that the pill form obviously takes a little while longer too work. Everyone is different so im not saying anyone who feels different is wrong..but i figured id share my experience just incase anyone else was curious about someone elses perspective. Feel free to ask questions or share your own thoughts. Agree or not, im open too discuss

Thank you for sharing your experience.
Medications and their different formulations can always work differently for different people, so it is normal that some people may not find they get the same relief when switching from a liquid to a tablet. It all just depends on the person and how their body adapts to and handles anything.
