Oblong, skinny, white pill with 650 on one side and McNeil on the other?

Ortho McNeil pill with 650 is Ultracet. I am only guessing this because the pill for Ultracet has the imprint O-M 650 on it. Wonder if the pill you have is an older pill because Ortho McNeil is the one who currently manufactures the drugs.

I believe that the marking you were looking at is McNEIL 659, it is a 50mg Ultram tablet, which is a name brand for Tramadol. NDC: 00045-0659 This tablet has now been discontinued.

This is different from Ultracet, since Ultracet contains Tramadol and Acetaminophen.

The FDA warns that Tramadol carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
