I was unable to locate a pill with the marking provided. But I changed the marking MB to M3 and I found a match. This pill is white, oblong, and has the marking M367 on one side and blank on the other side with a score line in the middle.
This pill is identified as Vicodin or Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg). Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.

If you have any more questions or concerns about this being your pill, please post back and I will be happy to help you.
