This tablet does not contain any Pseudophedrine, which is the active ingredient in Sudafed. This is not any type of cold or sinus remedy.

This tablet contains 800mgs of Sulfamethoxazole and 160mgs of Trimethoprim, the active ingredients in Bactrim, which is an antibiotic that is used to treat various types of infections, the name brand for it would be Bactrim.
