Hi, I have been masturbating on almost every day since I was 14. I am 29 year old now and going to marry someone. Due to masturbation, my penis has become very soft and the penis muscles are now very loose/ relaxed all the time. I get fluid discharge whenever I am excited even without an erection. Because of the relaxed muscles, I can't control the fluid like before. Can you suggest me any medicine to rebuild the penis muscles and to stop the irregular fluid discharge? Thank you.

Hey vinay... Im so gald to that in not the only one who is suffering from this problem. I have excatly the same prblm whenever i mastubate i getcoold in the form of sneezing and rynning nose water start running from eyes and i happens a day after i mastubate and if i dont masturbate i dont have this problm

Hi. I had the same problem even before not touching my organ but thinking about sex only in my head. Immediately I started to sneeze all of the sudden. I use to suffer hard from allergy (dust, flowers,...) in late spring during my teen-age, but I also masturbated regularly. Then, once when going to confession (i am a catholic), my priest asked: "Why are you masturbating ??!" And .... I tought to my self,... hey, I dont know. An so I quit masturbating and started do more sports e.g. swimming and fitness. And... after several moths I found my self did not have any symptoms of allergy. I even quit taking drugs and noticed that i really don t need them. I sneezed up to 10 - 15 times a year !! Now I am 29 and I really think that there is some connection between masturbation and allergy. For me as a believer I can say now that it can be a way God wants to tell you it is not good for your immunity (in Bible it is written that a man shall not give his semme away without a reason..). That is my true story. Cheers!

hi I am 20 years old and I have been doing masturbation since 11 years old and now I am facing a lot of sexual problem. now my penis is so soft. penis muscles are loose and relaxed every time. It does not erect during night time and not even during sexual feeling.it just quite relaxed. I got ejaculation within 5 to 10 sec and everything finished and I got too much tired. too tired means not able to get up from my bed for 3or4 hour and I does not feel strong during masturbation and after masturbation I got in depression.

It true masturbastion causes cold and cough. I am also having the same problem. It is due to weakening of immunity system of the body. Though allopathic doctor doesnot recognise it as a reason and prescribe auti allergy tablet. I recommend you approach Ayurvedic doctor who will give to medicine increase body immunity system.

It is really beneficial and tested by me.

i m having same problem...i get cold in the form of sneezing and running nose after masturbation but if i dont masturbate ths problems doesnt occur....if any knows abt any kind of permanent treatment?

I have the same poroblem. If I masturbate twice a week nothing happens and never have any allergies. But if I do it daily I get rhinitis and sneezing.

thanks Mathew wade sir , yes Anti-allergic tablet also works but sometimes only, it not works always. if i masturbate once or twice in a week then there is not much problem . problem comes when i masturbate 2 times in a day or 3-4 times in a week . i do exercise daily for 1 hour - weight training. do reply me if Mathew wade sir u find any soultion or any update .atleast if we know the name of this diesase or symptom then we can get medicine from market. and i know it is allergy due to masturbation and then it develops into cough and i Sneeze continouly for 20-25 times. i want to ask if i get married and do sex then also will i get same thing, if yes that will be a problem as i cant do much in a week. mine age is 29 years and i never involved in sex till now . if u mean allergic to their own semen - but i dont smell the semen. i cant write email address here otherwise i will get lots of spam.

I have exactly the same issue as you have mentioned ... Anti-allergic capsule comes to rescue . The itching in nose start few minutes after i masturbate but sneezes & cold like symptoms arise a day after ... i don't know weather its correct or not but somewhere i read that people are allergic to their own semen or perhaps any sexual arousal heats up our body which in turn melts nasal mucus & it discharges just after being aroused ....

i get cold that is in the form of allergy (that is running nose and sneezing) almost after masturbation or even if i get night fall. I am 100 % sure about it , if i dont do masturbation for say 7 - 10 days then i dont get cold (allergy that is running nose and sneezing) for that period of time. Sneezing continouly for 20-25 times is too much to handle for me. Allergy last for 2-3 days if i dont take any medicine. so i take anti allergy drug and get relive many times. is there any cure for it that is permanent. i do heavy weight training everyday 7 days a week and i think this way i get some relive and i am fit and i dont get tried after doing workouts . but i sometimes get tried after masturbation. so if i do sex will i get allergy also . mine age is 29 years and i never involved in sex till now.

It is highly unlikely that your problems are due to masturbation, it is completely natural and not known to cause any detrimental effects. It is more likely that the problems are simply due to aging.

The pre-ejaculatory fluid is also completely normal and every man experiences it and there is no way to stop it or control it. It is a normal part of sexual excitement.

As you age, it can also be normal for your erection to change and not be quite as strong and hard as it was when you were younger.

However, if you can still engage in sexual activity, then there is actually no problem to be fixed.
