Hi, I have been masturbating on almost every day since I was 14. I am 29 year old now and going to marry someone. Due to masturbation, my penis has become very soft and the penis muscles are now very loose/ relaxed all the time. I get fluid discharge whenever I am excited even without an erection. Because of the relaxed muscles, I can't control the fluid like before. Can you suggest me any medicine to rebuild the penis muscles and to stop the irregular fluid discharge? Thank you.

It's not about Masturbation! POIS (Postorgasmic illness syndrome) causes this problem and it will happen after every ejaculation even after having sex simply after any kind of activity that leads to ejaculation!

I do suffer from snizzing and cold,but I'm not sure its because of mastrbation or other thing.but now I'm gonna stop masterbation for 15-20 days and gonna see the result.hoping for the best.

but there is no sneezing after sexual intercourse, only after masturbation, bringing complication on the issue of allergy

Try eating Antihistamine foods and reduce intake of histamine foods.
ensure proper sleep
avoid any kind of drugs like tobacco,alcohol

Huh? At age 29 men should not be having pre-ejaculation or losing much in the form of a solid erection. 40 maybe. 29 no.

Also, masturbation can very much affect your sex life. It is NOT normal to masturbate every day. It has a profound psychological effect that can leave a man jaded, so to speak. In other words it becomes more difficult to be aroused by conventional carnal interaction/situations.

In addition, daily masturbation could also lead to damage of the tissue in the penis, which could play a role in what the poster is partially describing; erectile dysfunction. As a female you really shouldn't even be trying to answer this question. You have no idea what you're talking about. Just because a man can engage in sexual activity does not mean that there is no problem.

As far as premature ejaculation and ED, that is something that a man should contact a Urologist about.
