Mastigra -100 - Confused

I found Mastigra 100 - in my boyfriends bag. They are 4 blue diamond shaped tablets. What exactly are they used for? Because i dont think he has an erectile problem. Is there perhaps anything else it could be used for. I dont want to ask him incase he gets defencive and angry.Please help

Mastigra contains the active ingredient Sildenafil and it is used to treat erectile dysfunction.

Some men, however, will use them in the belief that they will get a larger erection or be able to have sex longer than usual, although these are myths.

Common side effects to the medication may include: headache, flushing, runny nose and blurred vision.
