No, the tablet with the M 0552 marking just contains 5mgs of Oxycodone, which is a narcotic analgesic and does not contain any Acetaminophen.

It may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, dry mouth and dizziness.

To be honest with you I have never seen or heard of that 52/50 are you sure it doesn't say 5/250 that would make a lot more sense to me and that would imply that it contains 250mg of acetaminophen
