I am not sure how Mallinckrodt's generic products (quality) are in general, but if you take generic Adderall IR, it is horrible! Very weak, with an obvious lack of efficacy. Does anyone here have feedback on how Mallinckrodt's Adderall might compare to other drug manufacturers?

Rita, this is my current situation as well. I am having a terrible experience with this drug so far and am experiencing side affects that I have never ever experienced with normal aderall. I’m to the point where it’s making feel so bad I’m afraid to continue on it.

Oh yes, I know, those ones don’t make me sick but they’re like half the dose they claim to be.
I think Teva is back to producing at normal levels I just got a referral from Wallgreens yesterday and they had enough for the whole bottle where is the fill before was half Teva and a half some week “epic” brand.

Completely agree. Almost like it is not doing anything or very little.
And both Walgreens and CVS are dispensing only this right now.
Here are the details for what I have:
Packager (what it says on the bottle):

NDC: 0406-8891-01
Pill Imprint: Front: "M" (in a square), Back: "20" (just because it's 20mg. Probabaly similar for 10mg etc.)
Pill Shape: Ocatagon (8-sided)
Color: White
Actually made in the USA by SpecGx LLC who they either bought or spun off.

Yep I have to specifically have the pharmacy order different oxycodone because their oxycodone is weird and extra fat and I’m not sure what they’re putting in it to make the tablets so big but it hurt my stomach so badly I ended up hospitalized.
I’ve submitted an FDA med watch now two years in a row, because I ended up in the hospital last year because of whatever they put in those pills. And I thought I had the pharmacy understanding I couldn’t take them. Then this spring they didn’t order anything different and I have to wait until the last possible day to refill because it’s oxycodone, so I was forced to take the pink ones or go with nothing. I ended up in the hospital again with unrelenting stomach pain and vomiting.

Cleaning your intestines helps most meds work better, those that absorb through the digestive system. Pain management actually warned me that I might feel my meds more after a colonoscopy because there’s nothing in the way of the intestinal walls.

I haven’t taken that kind in a couple years because last time I tried it was so weak that I refused it. And my tolerance is really low I take 10 mg, and I usually only take one dose a day. With those I would have to take 15 mg just to feel like 10, and it wore off super fast.

Oh I wish I could send her some of mine. Initially I didn’t mind the epic brand that I got from CVS because it didn’t give me jitters, but yesterday I fell asleep for three hours after taking one. That’s not the effect I’m looking for. I will go into a new complaint I haven’t in a while, maybe they’ll contact me and ask me for my pills. I will definitely give them some. They need to know.

When you take medication by mouth it absorbs into your body through your intestines. If your intestines are coated with a bunch of poo sledge the meds don’t absorb as well.
When I had to prep for a colonoscopy, pain management wanted me to be careful with my pain medication because it would hit me harder than I am used to. I’m not sure if that is in fact true because I vomited up all the prep so it didn’t actually work, but when you take pills by mouth they get into your body through your intestines, that’s why cleaning them out will make your meds work better.
