Mala N After Abortion

Mala N was prescribed after abortion. I am experiencing heavy bleeding for 7 days and severe abdominal pain.

From the limited information I can find, Mala N is an oral contraceptive, in this case, your doctor probably gave it to you to try to rebalance your hormones and menstrual cycle, after the abortion, though I can really only guess on that.
