Don't ever try to take these capsules (Dexona and Practin) unless you have a prescription. I took them for more than a month and went through a surprising weight gain but suddenly it started disfiguring my face and pimples started growing up all over my face. I had to stop it and as a result I lost all my weight gained very shortly and I had to go through a list of treatments to recover my face again.

The better protine is serious mass .
It gaining weight faster and safely. But u hv to go gym cntr.for gd hlth.
No side effcts in it.

I have taken Perctin and Decdan for 2 years. It's side effects are too dangerous.. Bhookh nai lagti.. Vomiting.. Liver Problem.. Jaundice.. Haemoglobin Kam ho Jana. I have tried all medicine.. And ayurvedic.. But have not recovered. {edited for privacy}.
PLEASE RESPOND TO ME IF ANY OF YOU HAVE ANY SOLUTION.
