hello sir i am 26 year old49 kg, & i am taking dexona practin & A to Z tablet form 1 month for gain weight, but i dont have any problem and i gain 1.5 kg this is good or not for my helth in future. Please suggest me.

I was also told to take dexona and ciplactin i took them only for two days third day i got to know dexona is very harmful so i dropped the idea . What about ciplactin . Should i take it with swasth vardhak capsules. reply soon

Frndz i took some poweder for weight gain 6 months but when i stop taking them then serious withdrawing effects causes to me, still i m suffering from chronic constipation and various stomach problems, i took many treatment but nothing effects it damaged my body permntly, do any 1 having such problem,

main bhi uges kiya hu is tablate ko bakwas hai ,ise khane ke bad ji lap la pata bhukh lagta hai or bhot hi jald aadmi mota ho jata hai bad me jab is tablet ko khana chodne ke bad usko pta chalta hai ki uska weghit pehle se zada kam ho geya hai or livar bhi kamjor ho jata hai.....mera ray hai sabke liye ki is tablate ko na khaye quki a mota hone ka tablate nehi hai...agar mota hona hai to koi accha frut suppyments dene wala talate khayo...........

Don't use dexona tabs, they are highly dangerous for your body. Instead use weight gainers to increase you weight. you can get it from any gym or muscle shops. Any kind of tablet is not advised for gaining weight. please, be wise to your body.

If you practin and decdan for 2-3 months.you may get osteonecrosis means bone death in joints(Hip area). You to need to take Total HIp replacement surgery.don't use that tablets.
