Its bulls*** and it doesn't work. I was prescribed this for tonsil pain. And I'm still in excruciating pain. You cannot even see my throat in the back of my mouth. Just huge swollen tonsils. I can barely speak. I'm f***ing pissed. And I had to try to send this message 15 times for arbitrary Bulls***.

I'm very sorry that you're miserable. However, I don't understand why you are angry at this website? This is just an information site to help people, they don't manufacture, prescribe, nor distribute any medications. If you have issues posting, it may be due to the fact that this is a family friendly site, so posts are checked for certain words, and/or phrases, before they can be submitted. You can't submit a post with foul language, intimate words/phrases, hate speech, and etc.

If the prescribed remedy didn't help you, you should speak to your doctor, as you may need to try something else.

No one can even tell you for sure what's in the Duke's Magic Mouthwash that you received, except your doctor, and pharmacist. This is a regional product that's not actually manufactured by any pharmaceutical company. It is something your doctor orders, that is prepared for you by the pharmacy, and contains the ingredients the doctor has specified. The specific ingredients can vary from one doctor to another, and from region to region throughout the U.S.

The FDA warnings just state that it may cause nausea, funny aftertaste, and throat numbness.

Where you also prescribed an antibiotic?
