Mab Thera (rituximab) For Dermatomyositus

Can dermatomyositus be cured with the drug Mab Thera (manufactured by Roche)?

First off, I would like to state that Dermatomyositis is a connective tissue disease and, as such, it had no known cure, it can only be treated to help delay its progression and alleviate the associated symptoms that it causes.

The medication Mab Thera contains the active ingredient Rituximab, which is a chimeric monoclonal antibody. It is commonly used to treat Leukemia and auto-immune disorders, such as this.
