Mom borrowed a bunch of my MS Contin and repaid me with Oxycontin when her script came in-- but today my Doc sprang a UA on me when I went in to get my meds. I took 1/2 of an 80 mg this a.m. when I woke up and then resumed my regimen of MS Contins. I took her Oxy's for two days straight before that. Will they differentiate the meds? Will they detect the differences?

Yes, they will most likely both be detected.
MS Contin contains the active ingredient Morphine and OxyContin contains the active ingredient Oxycodone.
In addition, such sharing of medications is actually considered illegal in the U.S.
