This is Metoprolol 50mgs, a generic for Lopressor manufactured by Mutual Pharmaceuticals (NDC 53489-0366). [1] It is used to help lower blood pressure. Some of the most common side effects include: dizziness, headache, diarrhea and odd dreams!
