That's generic fiorecet (spelling?). It's a migraine pain med. it's not the same as. Vicodin or norco as it's narcotic is the butalbital. One big difference is while norco and Vicodin can you sleepy, the butalbital and cafine keep you an energy rush. It can also give you awful rebound headaches and make you jittery
