I have been taking theese pills for 2 days the metronidazole and it makes me feel really sick and unbalanced is this normal bad headaches to i was prescribed it for gonnerhea

It's not actually known to effectively cure it.
According to the current CDC guidelines that were updated in August of 2012, the first choice antibiotic should be Ceftriaxone with either Azithromycin or Doxycycline.
