Medicine For Frequent Loose Motion

I AM SUFFERING FROM SEVERE LOOSE MOTION.IT IS NOT AT ALL CONTROLLABLE.LIQUID FORM LOOSE MOTION IS IN PROGRESS & HAVE DAMAGED MY ALL CLOTHES PLEASE TELL SOME MEDICENE.
