How long does it take for lortabs to expire?And can u still take them?

Once they have been dispensed to you, in a pharmacy container that means they are exposed to the elements, they are good for one year from that date.

They don't get dangerous once they are past the expiration date, but they do degrade with time, so they will gradually lose effectiveness. Thus, it's best to dispose of them once they've expired and get a new prescription.
