is this ultracet as good as hydrocodone?

Ultracet contains Acetaminophen and Tramadol and the Tramadol is currently classified as a narcotic, opiate.

However, there is really no way to say whether one is more effective than the other, because medications work differently for different people. Some people find this to be a very effective medication and there are some people it doesn't work for, at all. The only way to really know is to try it yourself.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
