A round, white tablet with an M over E16 on one side and a score line on the opposite side was manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as having contained 5mgs of Enalipril, which is an ACE inhibitor that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. NDC: 00378-1052 This tablet has been discontinued.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including: nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension, heart palpitations, and increased urination.
