There is an herbal supplement called M-Drive that claims to increase testosterone level, promote energy and improve exercise recovery times. I'm seeking information from clinical studies or personal experiences that either substantiates or diputes these claims. Does anyone have first hand experience using this supplement?

As an herbal supplement, you are not going to find such studies on it. They are not required to undertake such testing, since they are not seeking approval from the FDA or other drug agencies and are selling the product over the counter.

They can get away with their claims, as long as they have that little disclaimer on their site and on the package stating that it hasn't been evaluated by the FDA and is not actually intended to treat or cure anything, etc.

If you are having such difficulties, have you discussed them with a doctor?
