Aida, there is no Oxycodone 500mgs, Oxy does not come in that high of a dose, in this pill, it is the Acetaminophen that is 500mgs and the Oxycodone is only 5mgs. Oxycodone comes in a max of 80mgs only.

The reason Oxycodone does not come in that high of a dosage is because it is a very strong narcotic pain reliever, it is highly addictive and dangerous to use at really high doses.
