What is a round white pill with a capital M on one side and 34 on the other?? My pharmacy accidentally put one of these in with my Ambien pills. I'm lucky I even noticed it b/c it is the same size and shape as my generic Ambien!

It's a good thing you noticed this pill in there, since it has no relation to Ambien whatsoever. The round white pill marked M 34 contains 1mg of Anastrozole.
Anastrozole is used to treat breast cancer after surgery and for metastases in both pre and post-menopausal women. Anastrozole is an aromatase inhibitor, which means that it interrupts a critical step in the body's synthesis of estrogen. Some breast cancer cells require estrogen to grow, and eliminating estrogen suppresses their growth.
