I think it may be Lomotil for diarrhea.

Hi tatortott,

You are correct that this pill is used for the treatment of diarrhea. I've identified the imprint M 15 as Atropine sulfate (0.025 mg) + Diphenoxylate hydrochloride (2.5 mg); which are the active ingredients found in Lomotil.
