Lyrica Lawsuit (Page 46) (Top voted first)

Does anyone know if there is an ongoing lawsuit against the company who puts out Lyrica? I am a mess from it. Do we have a leg to stand on when it comes to the side effects they found out from people like us? I am a long termer. I have been taking 900 mg since 2005. Is there anyone representing us? Thank you

Nick-I know the leftover side effects are permanent. I shattered my thoracic spine was put in a chair by the emt's and left in a hallway at the trauma center moving as I got sick and not one person thought to immobilize me and then after that had one Dr after another make a terrible mistake.Finally made it to a wonderful orthopedic surgeon 4wks later almost didn't survive the surgery. But my surgeon somehow gave me the chance to walk again and I worked so hard to get some part of my life back and because of this med I couldn't be home alone I couldn't drive,see,talk.I don't trust any Drs any drugs I have panic attacks at the thought of seeing a new dr and out in crowds.Every mistake affected the quality of my life this I just didn't need it kills me that it is all just for profit. -Renee they will delete my name for privacy which is strange because my name is the user name.(kind of strange don't you think!)

When I was first married. I suffered a concusion and was put on dilantin. A doctor I was seeing said I should not have been on it. An employee friend of mine , let us call him wagaman, told me if you are on dilatin too long, you will never get off it. d boy, lyrica also is that kind of drug.

D boy, that was in the '70s. I have been looking for my fien but I cannot find him on any of the web sites including the more opular ones, like fb, twitter, or ask.com. to talk to him about lyrica. Kim knows what I am talking about. She came from a survivors site on fb. Sorry I do not have the address, even if you could find any site, it will not be published. Like I said in other blogs, I was fired from rhmc. But I was able to get nemployment comp. Lrica caused me to be fired. I have been collecting from pa since june 2007.

D boy, I tried to do what you said in order to talk about lyrica but, I do not it will get through. You will have to read kim and my past blogs about lyrica. You may have to go back several blogs, maybe as many as twenty.

D boy, site will not let me put my user. U user name about lyrica. All they will allow is I used to work @ "night" in "resp" department. I acted like a drunk and did not know it. The hospital even did a blood alcohol test wich came back negative. They forced me to resign. I was given choice, resign or be fired.

I was contacted by a SHARP, a SHARP, lawyer last night!

Whys is it MARY figured out how to locate me and the rest of you did not?

I guess you guys arent as bad as you say or as bad as you think you are.

I NEED FORTY PEOPLE to file a class action against pfizer. FORTY, not just Mary and I.

Love you Mary! You're the only one suffering here w me I guess.

D boy seems to have found some one to fight fo us against phyzeir, I know I spelled it wrong, concerning lyrica. Nick, read m blogs carefully. Some have clues. We need to connect in order to fight against the drug lirica and 5 boy givus the lawyers name an phone number and hoope it gets to us, we all need it .we do care. Please forgive any punctuation or spelling mistakes. This company has made other bad drugs. Please read my blogs and do not ignore them.

We have been keeping an eye on this thread over the last week and it does appear that a number of you want to get in touch with one-another.

Our goal is to always provide the best possible service to our users. We have always been concerned about individuals posting their private contact information on our threads for several reasons. First and foremost, we like to protect the privacy and anonymity of our visitors. Second, we are unable to verify who an individual really is just from an email address, so we have no way of knowing what somebody's true intentions are when others contact them directly. We would not want somebody to capitalize on or scam our vistiors simply because their email address was available on our public threads.

D Boy , we have suffered enormously from Lyrica our selves but we are in Australia , does that count , or does every one have to come from the same country ?.

Wow nice Dboy! Because someone can't figure out your email address they aren't suffering or didn't suffer. I know I couldn't figure out what my own email address was when I was on lyrica and not everyone is back to normal I know I am not.

D boy has found someone to help us with the lyrica problem. We just have to be patient until a way can be found and follow any directions and hope we can get help with this lyrica problem. I wish we could google or facebook each other and get better help. I hope this gets posted but it probably won't because I mentioned two forbidden words.

626, 630, and 658 are my blogs that might help you becca. There is hope out there. We may soon find a lawyer who will help us with lyrica and a class action suit or what ever. Try to hang in there. And if this site will let us contact each other as they said that hope just got bigger. Everyone try to hang in there. I was lucky most of my symptoms went away, the only thing that still remains is memory problems, especially short term memory. I have to write things down. Hang in there becca.

I also have a lyrica website on fb. I have many activists I connect with and hoping we can get some larger support because alot of what needs to happen is political in nature. Sad reality is that BOTH sides of the aisle have taken a HUGE payout from Pfizer to stifle all lawsuits, which is totally illegal in the US but they are doing it anyway. They are liable under law for damages their products cause in this country. They want a free pass to operate above the law and think paying off politicians who hold shot tenures will work out. If we make it a major election issue it will stop working right then. What is being done to silence and postpone helping the victims is criminal. Our lives are suffering while their CEOs and lawyers and gov officials are pocketing millions from our suffering. It needs to stop.

Nick, I am hoping what D boy is planning, will help and I will not forget the people in australia if what he plans for lyrica come true. When my son was in the navy, on the john c stennis aircraft carrier, which went to afganistan, they stopped @ perth, and h found the people there very frienly. In fact, one elderly couple took him into their home while the ship was in port. Iguess they thought he was tired of ship food and wanted to give him a few good home cooked meals. If we can get law suit going because of lyrica, it may open the flood gates for people inyour country and other countries because then there will be a legal pecident. I wll try to post what I can when I find out anything. Good luck to you and may god keep you safe.

Thank you very much for your reply mary r ziegler , you must have a beautiful heart and i am glad your son enjoyed his stay in Perth . I am sure at some time in the future, hopefuly sooner than later we will recieve justice for the damages caused to us all by Lyrica .
