Lyrica And Anger Concerns

I take Lyrica 50mg 3 times a day. I can fly off the handle and have a short fuse and I'm beginning to think it's the Lyrica.

Yes, this class of medications has been known to cause mood swings, as a side effect, in some people that take it, according to FDA reports, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, and weight gain.

Have you informed your physician? You may need to try a lower dosage, or to try a different medication.

Though, I must caution you against stopping it abruptly, since that could create the risk of seizures.

Yep, just happened to me and I got on-line to see if it was possible to have a anger side affect. I took it an hour ago and have had 3 anger outburst over nothing. This is not good. Hope it wears off soon.
