Lyrica 75 Mg

I have had so much nerve pain,from a fall at work.been on 30mg of morahen,for 2 years,just got on Lyrica 75mg.I have taken onley one,and it really worked,but only at bedtime,I wan t to take another one.is it all in my head that one worked?doest it take at least a week to work? Or does it work after a hour?please tell me.
